What currencies can I bet with and what is the minimum
stake ?
You can manage your account in any one of our listed
currencies. All deposits, wagers and withdrawals are conducted
in your selected currency. The minimum stake for each currency
is also shown.
What is the maximum stake ?
The maximum stake available for each bet will be displayed
on your betslip.
How do I know if I've won ?
When you are logged in to your account, you can click on
the 'Members' button to access your account history. Select
'Settled Bets' from the drop down list and click on the submit
button to view returns on any winning bet. Returns from
settled wagers are added to your account
balance.
How do I make deposits and withdrawals from my account
?
We accept payments by all major debit and credit cards,
Western Union, NETeller, FirePay, Fast Bank Transfer, Bank
Wire and Cashier's Cheque, Bankers Draft, IMO or Personal

reasons. If you discover a discrepancy, you should contact
Customer Services immediately to have the error
rectified.
What if I forget my password ?
If you forget your password you can click
here and then supply the details that match the
information held on your account. If you have any difficulty

identity, and you have correctly answered your personal
security questions, we can provide you with a new password or
send you your current password by

How long does it take for transactions to show in my
bank account ?
For debit and credit card transactions, funds may take
around three days to register to your bank account due to
standard clearance
procedures.
What card details do I need to enter ?
When depositing for the first time you will need to enter
the long card number across the middle of the card, the start
and expiry dates (e.g. 10/04), and an issue number if
displayed.
Do I need to enter my card details every time I make a
transaction ?
No, if you have already made a deposit, then any
subsequent transactions will be made on the original card
details.This includes withdrawals to Switch,
Solo and Visa Delta debit
cards.
